Frequently Asked Questions

Can I bring my pet's own food?

We encourage it! We do ask that you pre-portion food into baggies for each meal. If this isn’t possible, we can also feed your pets premium Royal Canin food at no additional cost. We also have a fridge and freezer available for persishable food.

 

What about medication?

No problem at all! Our staff is trained in administering medications of all types. We charge $10 per day for oral and topical administration, and $21 per day for injections.

Can I bring my pet's favorite bed or toy?

We are well-stocked with bedding and toys, and we recommend not bringing these items from home. We’re happy to accommodate if you feel it’s necessary for your pet’s comfort, but please understand we are not responsible for any damage or loss of these items in the kennel environment.

Do you require an interview or behavior check?
Absolutely not! Your pets are welcome here. Pets from different families never come into contact in our facility, so it’s no problem if your pup is dog-reactive.
Are any discounts available?

We offer a 12% discount to new clients, as well as discounts for first responders, active military, and more. Ask our front desk staff for details!

Vaccination Requirements
Your dog must be up to date with rabies, bordetella, and DHLPP. Cats must be up to date with FVRCP and rabies. We are able to administer some vaccines here if needed. Ask for details!
Pickup and Dropoff Hours
Our regular hours for are 9:00am-5:00pm Mon-Fri, and 9:00am-2:00pm Sat-Sun. Pickups or dropoffs are available outside these hours for an additional fee.
Deposit Policy
We require a 20% deposit for each reservation, or 50% for first-time clients. The deposit is applied to your pet’s stay, and is refundable with 7 days notice of cancelation.
