MEAL PACKAGING POLICY

Dear Pet Parents,

To ensure the highest standards of health, safety, and portion accuracy, we have a new food policy in effect for all stays.

All dry food and homemade food must now be individually pre-packaged per meal, per day, per pet in disposable baggies, like Ziplocs. (Please, no Tupperware or other non-disposable containers.)

For your pet’s next stay, please package their meals in individual servings, labeled clearly with their name and “Breakfast”, “Lunch”, or “Dinner”.

• Everything in one bag: Please feel free to add daily treats or dry toppers right into the bags!
• NO Medications in Food Bags: Please keep medications separate. Our team will handle and log all medication doses separately for safety.
• What about canned food or wet toppers? You do not need to pre-package sealed wet food, like cans or pouches. Our front desk team will log detailed portion instructions for our animal care team.
• Can you do it for me? Absolutely! We now offer a meal packaging service for just $2 per day. We’ll handle portioning out your pet’s food into baggies. If you’d like to take advantage of this service, just bring your food in its large bag as usual.
