What are your prices?
For cats and dogs, we offer a range of accommodations. Visit our Pricing page for details.
For first time clients, we require a 50% deposit of the total boarding cost. For returning clients, we require a 20% deposit. The deposit is refunded if the reservation is canceled with at least 7 days notice. Deposits are non-refundable with less than 7 days notice.
My pet is on medication. Is that a problem?
No problem at all! Our kennel staff is trained in administering medications of all types, from orals and creams to inhalers and injections.
Please be sure to write down all pets’ medications and exact directions on how to be given. We charge a medication fee of $10 per day for pill administration and $21 per day for injections.
What if my pet doesn’t eat?
It is common for pets to not eat on the first day or two when they board. We keep an eye on them and keep you updated. If they have not eaten by the evening of the second day we give you a call and can try different things, such as changing their food, or adding high-value treats. We monitor the eating habits of every pet in our care and will notify you if there is a problem.
My pet is on a strict meal schedule, can you accommodate?
We do our best to keep your pet on their normal feeding schedule, and are able to accommodate up to three meals per day.
Do I need to bring my own food, bed, blanket, toys, etc.?
We are well equipped with all those items, but you’re more than welcome to bring in whatever you’d like. Clients will sometimes bring a shirt or sweater that they have slept in for a couple of nights before dropping them off. We recommend writing your name on any carriers, bowls, or toys.
We do recommend bringing your own food to avoid changing your pet’s routine. If this is not possible, we stock Royal Canin food for dogs and cats, in both wet and dry.
Do I need to bring my pet for an interview?
We do not need to have an interview or “test run” for your pet. You and your pet are more than welcome to come check out the facility prior to making an appointment or reservation.
What vaccines do I need?
Your pet must be up-to-date with the following vaccinations:
- Dogs
- Rabies
- Bordetella
- DHLPP
- Cats:
- FVRCP
- Rabies
